Please read these Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy ("Shipping, Returns and Refunds") carefully before using the website (the "Service") operated by Made in Palestine Project ("us", "we", or "our").


We are pleased to offer International Shipping. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Made in Palestine Project has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package.

Lost Shipments

All shipments will be considered lost if they have neither arrived nor been confirmed delivered after 30 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Incorrect Addresses Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.

Guaranteed Delivery

Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you). This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness.


Made in Palestine project is committed to the full satisfaction of its users. Yet, because of the nature of product (unique design pieces), only items that are damaged can be returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it is damaged, please take a photo of the damaged section and send it to us at We will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your email. Please note that made in Palestine will reimburse the full amount paid for the item, minus the cost of shipping.
